How we help law firms win better matters.
Google Business Profile, properly built
Many law firms have a half-set-up Google Business Profile (GBP). We rebuild it to win the local 3-pack. Primary category, services list, review velocity, photo strategy, weekly posts. Local pack ranking is one of the biggest channels for law firms.
Practice-area landing pages
Family law, criminal defence, conveyancing, wills, commercial. Each practice area gets its own ranking page targeting that area's specific search terms. Separate funnels because the buyer journeys are completely different.
Lawyer bio pages with schema
Each partner and principal gets a properly optimised profile page with structured data that tells Google who they are, what they practise and where they're admitted. Clients search for individual lawyers as well as firms.
Expertise-led content strategy
Long-form practice-area content. A guide such as "What happens if you're charged in Queensland" ranks for the question, demonstrates expertise, and reaches clients at the moment they're deciding. Google holds this kind of content to a higher standard.

A Darwin law firm's Google Ads rebuild.
Multi-practice Darwin legal firm. Full account rebuild around highest-value clients.
A multi-practice Darwin law firm came to us after 24 months of Google Ads with modest results. We audited the account, rebuilt it around the firm's highest-value matters, realigned the ad copy to what clients were searching for, and layered organic visibility on top. The firm now ranks #1 for searches of its own brand name, up from page 4. Read how we approach Google Ads for law firms or see the full case study.

Marketing a law firm within the rules.
Nothing false, misleading or deceptive
Rule 36 of the Australian Solicitors' Conduct Rules says a firm's advertising must not be false, misleading or deceptive (or likely to mislead or deceive), offensive, or prohibited by law. The same rule bars giving a false impression of specialist expertise, and using the words "accredited specialist" unless the solicitor holds that accreditation. The Australian Consumer Law applies as well. It prohibits misleading claims by any business, whether or not the business meant to mislead, and that includes testimonials as well as ads and websites.
Each state and territory has its own framework
The Legal Profession Uniform Law applies in New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia. The other states and territories regulate lawyers under their own legislation. In the Northern Territory that is the Legal Profession Act 2006, and the Law Society Northern Territory's Australian Solicitor Conduct Rules (NT), in force since 1 September 2025, contain the same advertising rule.
Personal injury advertising is restricted in some places
Some jurisdictions go further for personal injury work. In Queensland, the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act 2002 limits an advertisement for personal injury services to the name and contact details of the lawyer or firm and its areas of practice, and only through the publication methods the Act allows. That rules out many common advertising channels, and promotional statements such as "no win, no fee" have been found to breach it. A firm's own website may also carry a statement limited to how the law of negligence works, a person's rights under it, and the conditions on which the firm takes on personal injury matters.
How we handle it
We write ad copy, landing pages and posts against the rules in your firm's own jurisdiction, and nothing goes live until your firm signs it off. We don't promise outcomes, we don't imply accreditation a lawyer doesn't hold, and we only use genuine reviews, presented as they were written. For personal injury work we check the local restrictions before any campaign is planned, because they can rule out a channel or a message entirely.
This is general information, not legal advice. Your firm is responsible for its own compliance, so check the current rules for your jurisdiction.
